I bought these thinking they were a great addition to the Halls cough drop line but was not impressed.  They didn't seem to me to be more then a piece of hard candy with a strange after taste.  I'm not sure what they are supposed to accomplish but they did not make my throat feel any better then per say a butterscotch candy would have.  I would not buy these again.
