What is it?
Hallmark is a magazine from the Hallmark store!  You can buy it in the store or subsribe to a monthly subscription to be delivered to your house.  It contains articles on holidays, traditions, entertaining and recipes.  Super mushy stuff!

My Viewpoint!
I don't subscribe to Hallmark magazine and I'm glad that I don't.  My friend has a subscription and "passes on" her magazines when she's done reading them.  I have read at least a half dozen or more of Hallmark Magazine and I have to say, it's BORING!  I like mushy articles just as much as the next Woman but Hallmark...

Are you the type who likes to receive greeting cards? I know some people who get all teary- eyed over the mere mention of a greeting card and they rip open those colorful envelopes with abandon, examining each word and reflecting on the personal message. I'm a former magazine junkie and have had to limit myself to only a few subscriptions in the past year or so.  Surprisingly, one of my favorite magazines is Hallmark Magazine.  Why, you may ask?  Let me count the ways.

Content:  Each issue has articles on several topics including beauty, book recommendations, collections, cooking, crafts, entertaining, inspirational stories, and more.  If you don't find an article that interests you right away, keep looking.  There is something for everyone in each issue of Hallmark Magazine.

So, I like Hallmark cards... it would only seem then that I'd like Hallmark Magazine, right?  So, I subscribed to the magazine once I heard it was coming out.  I like beautiful artwork, I appreciate kind and warm sentiments.  Those are some of the things that have always drawn me to Hallmark's Cards.  I could do without the scented candles and the little "chachkas".  So, the first issue was fine.  Even interesting.  I really enjoyed a 2-page spread on what people like you and I find that we can't live without that help us in our "day to day " beauty regimens.  Reading what other women had...

The Hallmark magazine is beautiful edited and contains everything I suppose certain women want to see in a magazine.  I enjoyed my subscription very much, but I let it lapse.  Why?  Because Hallmark magazine almost looks like every other really good home magazine.  You will find gorgeous rooms in lovely homes, spacious gardens; kitchens to die for, but I would like to have seen more features on Hallmark collectibles or readers' memories of ornaments or cards. 

All in all, the magazine is above averagem readable and pretty to look at.  It's just not unique.
