Hallmark Flowers —
I have ordered flowers from Hallmark in the past and usually it goes well but the one time it really needed to be on time it was not. I ordered flowers for my mother in law and the flowers had to be delivered by the next day as she was leaving on a cruise the day after. Hallmark was a day late and delivered the flowers after she had left on her vacation. When I called their customer service to complain I was just offered a coupon for my next order - which will not happen. Since then I've used a different floral company.
