The flowers I received were fresh and beautifully arranged. The vase that came with them was a delight to behold! I love their holiday vases and this one was exceptional.

I had no reason to contact their customer service since I was pleased with the product.

It's also worth noting that Hallmark has a rewards program so it would be advantageous to sign up for a Gold Crown Card before placing an order so that you receive points for your purchase. Hallmark points are converted to dollars and you will receive Hallmark certificates by mail. Gold Crown cards can also be used in any Hallmark store and it's free to receive one. You can sign up for a Gold Crown card online and they will mail you a card. Signing up for the Hallmark newsletter will generate even more Hallmark coupons and special savings codes!
