Half.com —
I have purchased from half.com several times, but hadn't had a problem until now. The prices can be fantastic as long as you don't have trouble with the seller. You forget about customer service until it is needed. There is no such animal at half.com. My impression is that they see themselves as a web server for merchants. Their sellers are independent contractors, whom they only contact if necessary. I have had more luck getting help from Amazon with their marketplace sellers. Amazon actually has a customer service department, with people you can speak to, half.com does not.
