It's nice to find a movie that just keeps you smiling!

into Independent Films, comedy fan, an infrequent movie goer, watching with kids, a comedy fan, mom to boys, a casual cook
Pros

    Nikki Blonsky, Fun music and dancing, a feel good movie, New Talent & Old, Fun music, Very entertaining, Christopher Walken singing and dancing, well written lyrics, John Travolta as a woman, great soundtrack, hilarious, educational, John Travolta in drag, Hot guy gets chunky Girl, lessons in life, Loved Queen Latifah!

Just a feel good movie!  I saw it twice in the theater...bought the DVD the day it came out!  I convinced my husband to give it a look, and he gave me the "sigh and eye roll"  but 5 minutes into the first song he was hooked!  I teach developmentally disabled adults, and was able to use this movie to tie in the Civil Rights Movement.
