What a great machine!  I had the usual huge sets of machines for years with children but after moving into an over 55 apartment, my laundromat days began again.  I have always hated that chore.  I had no idea that washing machines came this small. It is really great.  It does a fantastic amount in one load.. that is,  5 towels, or 5 shirts and pants,  or even a full size thermal blanket.  There are three different water levels, and numerous wash choices with soak and heavy duty wash included.  It also includes the option for 2 rinses which really makes a difference.  The spin really does...

We have been renting for quite some time now and I just didn't want to wash my daughter's clothes at the laundromat. I have tries severel different models and brans of portable washers and Haier HLP21E is the best amongst them. You can only do 6.6 lbs of dirty clothes in it. I preferred a smaller size model because I didn't have much room to fit it in the spare bathroom. There are larger models of this washing machine and I'm sure they work just as well. I can choose the water level depending on the size of the load. If you want to conserve water, you simply choose a lower level for a smaller load....
