Haier Air Conditioner - HWF05XCB Reviews

I've heard horror stories all my life about living without air conditioning. It is horrifying to hear my parents tell of growing up and working on farms whose houses did not have air conditioning. What really gives me chills(which I need in this heat) is that they were not in Antarctica but Eastern North Carolina which can have monstrous summer heat and humidity. Fast forward fifty years, and here I am in Eastern NC with my Haier air conditioner, 5200 BTU. Don't ask me to explain BTU in technical terms, but it can be "Boy, That's Ugly" when I've been outside in the sun too long.

As Above, Does not drain condensation addequately and is extremely NOISY and wakes my husband and I up every night.

I have quite a few window air conditioners purchased over the past few years for various rooms in the house, but this one is by far the best.  It is quiet; so for the bedroom it is perfect.   It was easy to install and it didnt bankrupt me.  I would recommend it to anyone

The haier air conditioner is very simple to install and use and it works great in keeping my small workshop very cool i have had absolutely no problems with it and even bought another and installed it in my nieces bedroom becuase their A/C was on the fritz and they enjoy it very much

i am reviewing the haier air conditioner, it cools pretty good but it is extremely noisey. also when i put it on energy saver, it just hums but never turns on.

This Haier a/c is great! We have it in our bedroom and it makes our room freezing cold! Best thing we could ever get, especially for a gift!

My Haier Air conditioner is not only quiet but cools down my bedroom no matter how hot it is outside.  I am very happy with it.

haier is nicely priced and works great. my room is an icebox. i dont even have to run it on high
