Hachi's Kitchen - Chicago, IL —

I love sushi! And i love a new , great place to go for sushi. Hachi's kitchen is owned by the same people who own Sai Cafe in Lincoln Park. However, the atmosphere is much more interesting. It is located on California, just south of Logan. It is a funky little building, on a hip stretch of Logan Square. They attract a very interesting and diverse crowd. We always find parking easily. You do need reservations . Anyway, on to the food...SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!!!! Some of the best sushi ever! Their seaweed salad is phenomenal! My favorite rolls are the halloween roll and the dragon roll. The scallop appetizer , the poke tuna, and the yellowtail jalapeno appetizer are delicious as well. Another plus - they pour a very hefty glass of wine. They have a decent list of wines by the glass. Everyone should give it a try!
