The bottom line is YOU have to quit smoking! The patch does not stop your hand from putting the cigarrettte to your lips! All of these aids only fight the chemical piece of the addiction. The rest is up to you to psychologically and physically quit smoking. Ultimately the patch and any other remedies are useless. If you want to quit, cold-turkey it, like I did more than 5 yrs ago!
