My Nexus One with upgrade to 2.2 is the BEST CellPhone I ever have. I owed more than 50 of Cell Phones which include Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, and most of them are top of the line when I purchase them....all within the last 5 years... and so far, this is the best Cell phone I ever own!! Especially after upgrade the Nexus One to the latest Android 2.2. After the over-the-air factory upgrade to 2.2,  this is the 1st Cell phone (Android Phone) that can install Adobe Flash Player 10.1. It can play ALL Flash Video from website and other web sources. And most of the time it give you a better Smart Phone Web Experience!! The phone run MUCH faster than the 2.1!! Graphic is not the best on the market (compare to Samsung Glaxy S) but is at least 2nd or 3rd (don't forget  it is nine month old already!) Compare to the Window 6.5, is a SURE better Choice!! Good Size, light weight, I love this much more than Sony X10. If u have upgrade to 2.2 u better because u are missing out!!

I've owned this phone for over a year now and it is still one of the top Android phones in my opinion. It runs a 1ghz snapdragon processor which still very nicely keeps up with the newest phones these days. It has a very sleek design, runs stock android and finally received Android Gingerbread, boosting the phones performance even more. While some people don't like it, I really enjoy the trackball and the accompanying notification lights, similar to how the blackberry notification lights work. Receiving an unmodified version of Android is also a highlight which only this phone and the Nexus S can enjoy. This means, the newest updates as soon as it is available, where as other Android phones have to wait until their manfuturer updates their customized themes, which can talk over a year. Overall it feels very solid, great design, get AMOLED screen, and in my opinion, a perfect size. Newest phones get larger and larger screens but I think 3.7 inch is plenty.

I was a little hesitant to switch over from my 1st gen Iphone but decided to finally try out Android. I'm really happy with my purchase and allthough the interface doesn't seem quite nearly as polished as Apple's, all of my needs are met. Seamless integration with all of Google's products is a huge win!

Being a faithful iPhone user for many years, I decided it was time for a change and looked to the Android operating system. I wanted a phone that offered a pure, stock version of Android that didn't have any skins on it (Moto Blur, Sense, Touch Wiz, etc...). These skins, while stylish, real;ly seem to slow down the phone more than they benefit it from the added convenience. The Nexus S seemed to be one of the only options without a skin, and I am glad that I decided on it. The phone is a nice matte material and is very comfortable to hold. The screen looks amazing and is very responsive, although nothing seems to match Apple's touch screen responsiveness. All the benefits of Android (free navigation, true Gmail, notifications) are present and work fast with the 1 GHZ processor. Overall, a great phone.

The Nexus One was a proof of concept phone. A phone made by HTC with a heavy influence from Google in order to push the Android hardware and software specifications to a new standard. It also introduced an online only sales model, which proved not to be too successful. Overall, the phone itself is a great handset. It has a nice, large screen and feels great in the hand. It is made out of a hard rubbery material that makes it very easy to grip. Because it was made closely with Google, it also recieves priority updates from Google, which is a nice plus when other phones await weeks and months to receive the same updates. The phone has a trackball on the front that is useful mainly when positioning text. It can also be used for notification purposes (text message, email, etc.) The phone runs very fast, having a 1 GHZ Snapdragon processor. Overall, I am very happy with it and highly recommend it.

As it says in the title, this was my first smart phone. I bought it during February 2010 from Google directly, mostly because it was one of the first phones running Android that I knew about. Anyways, this phone was the slimmest phone back then and while many newer Android-capable phones are out now, I still think this is one of the most compact. Pros: Runs Android not Windows Mobile or Apple Software. Android OS is much more customizable and has so many new apps each week. I heard that only the Nexus One can tether, but other rooted Android phones can too (iPhone users have to pay). This phone also has a unique trackball, but i very rarely use it. Cons: PRICE! PRICE! PRICE! I got this phone at a subsidized price with a new contract with T-mobile. But I am also bound to Google and canceling before my contract is going to cost more than the phone is worth! Again, I bought this phone because I wanted Android, but now I realize that Android is the really awesome thing and the Nexus One is just another phone. It's not bad, not at all. But the only thing that really sets it apart in my opinion is its slimness and compact screen. Yes, Verizon's Droid line might be bigger and sleaker. Samsung's Galaxy line are the new up and coming kids, and Sprint's EVO is the trendy new pick. However, if you want the best that Android can offer, look no further than Google's own Nexus One. Although it's availability is scarce, they are popping up in random places. Owning Google's flagship phone has it's benefits. It was the first to get Google's new Android 2.2 (Fro-Yo) and has great online support. The app market is amazing and every app works on the Nexus one. I have had this phone for almost a year and I have not had a single problem. While the Nexus S (The N1's successor) is coming out, it has few improvements over the original and the only real benefit is that it has the Android 2.3 operating system (Gingerbread). Save your money and buy the tried and tested original. Unfortunately, that is if you can still find this wonderful bur rare phone.
