After seeing my boyfriend's phone, I knew I had to change to T-Mobile and get the HTC G1. I wanted a touch screen along with a full keyboard. The phone lock is great so there are never any accidental calls. It is fully integrated with Google Maps, Gmail, and all Google functions. It has helped me out by turning on GPS and using maps to get out of a tight spot. I apparently have bad directional skills. The touch screen on this phone is second to only the I-Phone of all the touch-screen phones I have tried. The Android operating system is great, it's simple for non-advanced users but has the open operating system available for all the techies. This makes for some hit-or-miss applications on the Android Marketplace, however most of the apps are free!
