I have wanted this phone for quite some time. In the summer, I was able to buy it. Everything went smoothly as far as messaging, social networking, internet browsing, and games. I mainly bought the phone because I thought the 3D camera was really cool. Turns out, I was more than wrong. The 3D camera is beyond blurry and does not make much of a difference from the 2D camera. I love music more than anything and it did not handle my music well. I could barely hear my songs play through the speaker. While wearing headphones, there was not a better result. Watching my music videos were even worse. Watching them in 3D made my head hurt and affected the sound. This is not a phone you would want if you are a real music lover. If you like to text and social network away, this could be a good phone for you. The only thing that I really liked was the color of the phone which was white. I spent almost my entire paycheck on the phone and less than 2 months later, it completely stopped working. I do not know why, but it just shut off and never came back. Needless to say, HTC really needs to work on their phones. Seriously. Battery Life It was beyond short. I charged it way more than I should have. Display/Screen Quality No real screen issues Call Quality Calls would constantly drop. It's overall very good phone. It has plenty of capabilities like all the apps available, picture capability with a front and back camera, also with a 3D camera. The 3D camera is pretty cool but you can't really do much with it since the 3D quality will only work on the evo phone, it will come up as a regular picture if you send it someone else. Oh and don't rely on having fabulous pictures with the front camera because the quality is not good, but the back camera is perfectly fine.The phone's battery life isn't the greatest, for example I could charge my phone for a whole night, but the moment I use the internet for 5-10 minutes it will already drop a level, but it will stay alive for quite awhile if you don't always have the wifi or 3g/4g on. Texting can be a bit annoying sometimes because the keys are small and sometimes you might press multiple buttons, but that may just be me. I generally love the phone though and use it everyday for multiple reasons, be it text, calling, using apps, staying organized, etc.

Makes connecting to Facebook, twitter, and emails quick. The battery life could use some work! Does not last long when you're in a no-service area. Overall I really enjoy this phone. The camera has a built in flash (the first phone I had with one) and it takes. Amazing pictures and videos. I love the option to take pictures in 3-D. I'm impressed with the 3-D quality. It even takes amazing pictures of the TV. HTC is really on top of upgrading the way the phone runs. When I was having problems an upgrade came through and resolved the problems. The newest allows the wifi to turn on to help extend the life other battery when Im in an area where my 3G signal is weak (it's on Sprint and they don't work so well in the neighborhood where I live). This comes I. Handy because I used to kill the battery in less than a day now this upgrade will only use up 50% of my battery with my average use. My other favorite feature is the ringtone maker app. The cell provider I use did not allow me to purchase ringtones and there was one in particular I wanted to get after my mom passed away. Well when I found this app and saw how super easy it is to use, I created my ringtone at the exact part of the song I wanted it to take place at. I find this works better than myxer. Battery Life Much better after the latest software upgrade. Display/Screen Quality Great size makes keys large enough for easier texting.

Overall the phone is pretty awesome. I wish the battery lasted a little longer though. The 4G is really fast and the phone holds more apps than anyone really needs. It is really durable. The camera is pretty cool and takes clear pics in 2d or 3d! It has front and back mode on the cam so it really comes in handy when you are taking pics of yourself. You can actually see yourself and it doesn't take 10 shots. I am pretty pleased overall. Battery Life Not long enough for me. It is a battery hog! Display/Screen Quality Very clear Call Quality I have alot of people complaining that the phone is static filled. I think that's to be put off on the carrier though! Ease of Use Im trying to get used to having to return to the home page so I can access the apps. Not a great setup after being on Apple for so long!

This is my husband's phone. He picked it at the time for it processing power (it was slightly better then the regular EVO). And it is generally a fast little phone. Honestly the 3D camera is pretty gimicky. It's cool to show your friends but it's been pretty useless for us otherwise. We took a few 3D pictures at first when it was new, and it was fun at first. But then never used it again. If he takes a picture now it's in 2D. I would not say to get this phone for that feature. It takes great 2D pictures though...decent pixel quality. The size is too big for me. My husband likes a larger screen so it works for him, but this is just a little too big to fit in mu jeans pocket comfortably. It was a great phone for about a year. Then it started acting up and being crazy. It thinks you are pressing the screen in places you are not. I have no idea if this is a common bug or if he just got the special phone, but it makes a real pain to use most of the time. Up until that point my husband was very happy with it. It just would not have been the phone for me.

I've had this phone for over a year and at first I loved it. I like the large screen size and the features. One of my favorite things is the camera. I've never seen sure clear, crisp photos on a smartphone before. On the downside, I am having a lot of problems with this phone now. For some reason, the Google Play app I need to download apps completely disappeared from my phone and I am unable to redownload it. I am unable to access the internet on my phone or read emails. It's very frustarting and I am dire need of an upgrade! I am not sure if I will be sticking with another HTC or not. I like the brand and I do not know if my issues are representative of HTCs in general. I may give it another shot and if I have problems again, unfortunately, I will be staying away from HTCs in the future.

As a first time smartphone owner, I found the phone to be easy to use, has wonderful features, is reliable and sturdy, and quickly connects to the apps I use. I highly recommend it. Battery Life Very comparable on battery life to other devices, and it quickly recharges. Display/Screen Quality Clear and colorful screen definition. Call Quality Great reception and does not drop calls frequently. Ease of Use As a first time smartphone user, I found it very easy to learn its different features, and has a great online support system. Durability I have dropped it a few times but the phone was just fine. Design Lightweight and easy to carry around.

My Evo is now two years old and still going strong. I took out the additional warranty and (knock on wood!) have yet to use it. This phone does everything I could possibly need it to do. The hotspot feature is what initially drew me to this phone. I am frequently in areas with zero to limited internet access and this phone helps me stay connected. I also really like the small kick stand feature on the back. Makes it great for watching videos. Picture quality is decent for a phone and comes with ample storage for the on-the-go pictures. My biggest complaint is the very poor battery life. I have learned to keep my charger with me at all times.

I have had my EVO 3D since day one, having preordered it before its release. Overall, I have been satisfied with its performance, but have not been impressed. Call quality isn't the clearest, and I often have to ask callers to repeat themselves. Although the ability to take 3D photos was initially cool, it soon lost it's appeal and I only used this feature a few times in the first few weeks. Overall, this phone was good initially, but has not been as impressive with the introduction of newer, more advanced, technology. Battery Life Initially lasted days, after a year, daily charging (or more) is necessary. I am not a heavy phone user. In fact days go by without me touching it and I have turned off wifi and all location services to preserve battery,
