I have had my HSBC card since 2007. In all the time that I have had and used the card, I have never once had a single concern with it. Paying the card is as easy as using the card. Their website is user friendly, and they don't charge enormous fees if you try to pay on the due date. I, like most consumers, am currently cutting back on the use of credit cards in this difficult economy, but I will keep my HSBC card open regardless. I like to know that my card will be accepted anywhere in the world that I go. The convenience of being able to use it abroad, and to be able to contact customer service 24 hours a day in case of an emergency, those are conveniences that mean a lot to me. My husband and I travel abroad, and during our trips, we have never encountered a concern with having our HSBC card accepted. One of my favorite features of my HSBC card is that I am not charged a yearly fee. Why should I have to pay a credit card company for the pleasure of paying them interest? I will remain a loyal HSBC customer.
