I bought my desk computer, Pc and hardrive over 5 years ago. About a year ago my warranty to call in anytime and get service was up and me not being so up with the hardrive cleaning software, I figured I'd buy 2 more years after their proding. — I should say that service in my area for high speed is not so attainable soo —  My computer was acting up, completely freezing up and I called them for help.  They told me before they could help they need me to fax them my reciept from 5 years ago saying that I bought the computer from them. — I didn't have… read full review »
