My HP computer worked great...until it became an 8 lb POS... So i get online and chat with a HP care person. They tell me that it needs to be looked at by a tech, So they ship me a box and a label. So i get it around a week later. I waited a little bit to send my computer in, it being around xmas and all i didnt want fedex messing it up. So right after xmas i send my computer in. When i go to see the status of it. HP website says my order has been canceled. So my computer will not get fixed and im having the hardest time getting it returned to me. This one rep on the phone got very snappy and actually asked me what have i been doing with my time... I found him asking questions about my life just plain crazy. He is not there to ask question that do not matter to him he is supost to be our information point. I really hate this company...The computer works nice but if it breaks good luck. You probably will be buying a new one. Hopefully not from HP.
