HP color Laserjet CM2320NF All in One Review

A friend of mine recently decided to start her own small business, since I am a small business owner myself, and former secretary/office manager she asked me if I would help her out with her office needs.  Being a starting small business she did not have a lot of money for starting operating expenses but she needed a fax, a copier, a scanner, and a printer all in one.  None of these things needed to be heavy duty at this initial stage of her business but she still needed all of them.  She did not really want to spend more than $1000.00 which for all of these things is almost impossible so I did some research and I found a wonderful solution for her. 

I found her an all in one machine.  The HP Color Laserjet CM2320NF MFP All-In-One.  This machine does all 4 of those things all in one nice compact unit.  Since she also does not have a lot of space this made this even better.  In one compact unit she has everything she needs and it only takes up one small corner in her office. 

If she wants to she can print, copy, scan & fax automatically with a touch of a button.

Of course it is not going to meet up with the standards as each of these things would individually but for the small business person it meats requirements nicely.

It prints and copies up to 21 pages per minute, which is a lot faster than my printer, but my printer is old, but still that is not bad.  it prints in black and in color, and has lazer technologoly. 

There is a 600 x 600 max. resolution

It scans up to 1200 dpi optical, up to 19,200 dpi enhanced

Faxes at 3 seconds per page

It has a 250 sheet primary paper tray

The first page comes out in an impressive 3 seconds.

The All in One weighed about 87 pounds so the average man could move it around.  Since my friend and I are both women the 2 of us had to move it together, but we were able to with no problem.

Since I helped my friend set up her office, she allows me to come in and use the machine for my business when ever I need it.  i have a printer at home, but I don't have a copier, and my scanner is on the fritz, and though I seldom ever need to send out a fax it is nice to know that I can use hers when ever I need one.  It is extremely easy to use, and can do all four of those things really quickly since it is all in one unit. It just saves a lot of time going from one machine to another.  The small space that it takes up allows her to have more room for her inventory and other office items. 

This all in one cost her just over $1000 which she likely would have spent more if she bought each of those machines separately.

She is really please with the HP Color Laserjet CM2320NF MFP All-in-One.  It has jammed a couple of times like all copiers, but there were no major problems and she was able to fix it herself. 

I think this is a perfect machine for the small business owner, who has an office and is in need of a printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier.  This can save a lot of money, a lot of space, and a lot of time.
