I was excited to find this mouse as it has the ultra-mini usb receiver and the side buttons which I like to use for Forward and Back websurfing. However, once I received this mouse I found it was totally unusable. The mouse boast a 1200dpi sensitivity which is great except this is a Mobile Mouse designed for use with notebooks. What you find in the real world is that people using mice with notebooks don't always have a smooth flat surface to use their mouse. This is where the 1200dpi laser becomes an issue. The cursor response with this mouse is erratic at best. The mouse jumps all over the screen with the slightest movement unless you are using a perfectly flat firm surface. I've gone back to using my Logitech full size mouse which has a cumbersome large USB adaptor because the HP mouse is completely unusable for me.
