I ordered this laptop last year. I had liked the way it looked, all black nice and thin. It was exactly that when I got it. I love the touchscreen. It makes it easy to zoom in and zoom out instead of using the touch pad. I like that this computer is easy to carry around and it's not to big and bulky. This computer is fast and I have never had a problem with it. Like a any other laptop you must clean it and keep it updated. When I need to take the laptop off the plug and just use the battery it works very well. For me it will last a couple of hours which comes in handy. The screen is just big enough for me and I like the way the colors show when I am watching a movie. Overall I believe this to be a great product and would recommend this to others.

I'll start off by saying I am not an electronics person. I don't know a whole lot about computers or other electronic-ish things like processors, etc. So, when I was looking for a new lap top I really had no idea what I was doing! But, with some helpful guidelines and advice from my hubby who is an electronics guy, as well as help from the store associates this is the computer we came up with for me. So far, I really don't have any major complaints about it. It is a little heavy, but I think it's just because it's bigger than my last laptop. I love the size o the screen and clarity of everything on it. I also really like the keyboard on it, which I'm a little picky about. I mostly use it for Microsoft and adobe programs, music, as well as general internet use. No gaming. It works great for what I use it for. I have the bad habit of keeping my lap top plugged in all the time but when I do leave it unplugged it actually holds a charge a LOT longer than my previous laptop which is great.
