Let me start by saying this is not a review about hp.com but about their customer service. — For years I had been buying hp products (computers and printers), I got a laptop from hp and somehow one day it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I tried doing what I knew the customer service would tell me to do but did not work, so I called. An indian guy picks up, with a heavy accent but I really did not mind. HPShopping.com is a wonderful site.  I can easily search for exactly what I am looking for.  And the selection is awesome.  I have never ordered anything and then get a phone call later saying that they are out of stock. — I the part I love the most is that I can find out everything I could possibly know about each aspect of each computer.  I can compare the computers that I am interested in, find out about processors, and all of the hardware.  There are buying guides for every peripherial available.  I can also choose the computer I want and customize it… read full review »

Be prepared to be frustrated in dealing with HP ,Customer Services Representatives if you have a new or old pc.  It will cost you extra cash, extra cash.  Also HP does not give you recovery disk for you pc. I love my new HP. I have owned & used other brands of computers, & I have to say this HP has been the best. It was so easy to order, with enough options for me to choose from to get what I needed. And the options were explained in terms I could understand.
