HI MY NAME IS FRAN ,         I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL PRINTER MY HUSBAND         BROUGHT  ME  A LITTLE WHILE BACK ,  ITS EASY TO USE , AND ITS CONVENIENT        WHEN  YOU JUST WANT TO PRINT  PICTURES YOU HAVE STORED ON A MEMORY       CARD FROM YOUR CAMERA , THE REASON WHY ITS CONVENIENT , THE ONLY     THING YOU NEED TO DO IS PUT THE CARD IN ONE OF THE AVAILABE SLOTS                THATS FOUND ON THE PRINTER , THIER ARE 4) DIFFERENT SIZE SLOTS FOR      JUST ABOUT ANY  SIZE MEMORY CARD YOU HAVE  ,PUT YOUR PHOTO     PICTURE PAPER IN THE PAPER SLOT ADJUST IT FOR THE SIZE OF YOUR PHOTO   PLUG IN YOU PRINTER FIRST OF COURSE , AND PLUG YOUR USB CORD TO THE   BACK OF YOUR PRINTER THEN TO YOUR COMPUTER IN THE USB SLOT  AND  WHEN IT COMES ON IT DISPLAYS  YOUR PICTURES IN THIS LITTLE WINDOW WITH BACK AND FORWARD BUTTONS , SO YOU CAN CHOOSE THE PICTURE YOU WANT TO PRINT, BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR COLOR INK IN , PRESS PRINT AND YOU HAVE A PICTURE , THATS WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS PRINTER , YOU ABLE TO DO ALL OF THIS ONLY PLUG IN YOUR POWER CARD AND YOUR USB CARD ON THIS PRINTER USE YOUR CAMERA'S MEMORY OR MEDIA CARD , TO PRINT OUT PICTURES WITHOUT THE HASSLE OF INSTALLING THE PRINTER ONTO YOU COMPUTER FIRST IN MOST CASES YOU WOULD HAVE TO INSTALL  YOUR PRINTER  FIRST BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT  , AND THAT OF COURSE IS WHY THEY CALL IT PHOTOSMART PRINTER !                                       THANK YOU  THIS HAS BEEN FUN                                          TALKING TO YOU !

I was astounded by the quality of the photos this printer can print. The photos are clean and crisp, and the printer does not take forever to produce!  In my opinion the ink cartridges need to be replaced as often as average printers, which is good because the ink is a bit pricey. Not to mention this printer takes 3 of them. I believe the photo quality to be worth it. I really like that you can print directly off your camera's memory card, which is nice because photos come out so much better when printed directly from a memory card. It has five different card slots, so if a friend comes over with a different memory card, you can still stick it in your printer and print off some pictures or download them to your computer. This printer has it's own little screen as well, which is handy if you don't have it hooked up to a pc. You can even edit your photos directly on the printer. I personally have used this option a few times! Every printer I have ever owned has been HP, in my opinion they make fantastic, reliable printers!
