This is one of the best copier/printers we have owned. The sharpness of the copies of photos is awesome.  I have received many comments that are always  positive.  It is very easy to use and change to ink cartridges.  To load the paper for copies or photos is very easy. It tells me in plenty of time which color ink is low and can go a llittle bit longer even after it prompts me to change it. The price was good too.

This all in one printer/copier/scanner sounded good, but shortly after using it (even before the 1st set of new ink went dry) it all started to go south. The printer constantly jams and or grabs more than 2 sheets of paper at a time. I tried 3 different brands of paper and all resulted in the same problem. I did not purchase an extended warranty, so I was unable to get help from HP. I searched various tech fo rums and found that sometimes cleaning the rollers would fix the problem. This was easier said then done, since the printer has very limited access to the rollers. I tried cutting a portion of the metal bottom to get to it to no avail. On the positive side the scanner does perform fairly well and is compatible with win 7, but you need to install HP drivers. The photo feed assy also works very well. My main use of this all-in-one was for printing, which this unit is not capable of. If I could give it neg stars I would. Avoid and look elsewhere.

The Hewlet Pacard printer scanner copier is very reliable. I have had no major problems with it.  The print quality is very good, and the photos I print come out clear.  It is easy to use, and easy to get any paper jams out.  This is really an efficient printer.

The is my second Hewlet Packard 3210 all in one printer.  The first one developed a problem loading the paper.  One main selling point is that Hewlet Packard stands by their products.  I took it back to the store and was immediately given a new one.  I have purchased photo only printers from kodak and i couldn't believe the difference in the quality of the photo from the Hewlett packhard 3210 all in one compared to the Kodak.  The Hewlett Packhard Photosmart was much better than the kodak.  It offers more ink colors to bring out beautiful pictures, from 4 x 6 to 8 1/2 by 11 inches.  Brilliant color from any size.  The scanner works very well and produces very good copies.  You can by ink cartridges individually or in a value pack.  The value pack usually contains 100 free high gloss 4x6 photo papers as a free bonus. The extra colors compared to other two cartridges printers are no match.  The HP Photosmart is hands down the better printer for the price.

I have been a fan of HP printers for a long time. Yes, they do give you odd error messages from time to time, but on the whole, they have proved to be very reliable and effective at doing a range of tasks. This is my 4th HP All-in-One inkjet printer (all different models, bought in 4 diferent states over a period of 8 years) and definitely my favorite, in part because of the good-sized screen and easy to understand buttons. It can print quickly and legibly or slowly and beautifully in black and white or color. I use the photo printing function quite often, although I can only get it to print 4x6s. It doesn't have a fax function, but the scanner generally works well, though the HP software Image Zone and Image Zone Express can be temperamental and difficult to navigate. There are a bunch of numbered buttons on the top that I have never bothered to figure out how to use, but it hasn't limited the printer's usefulness or effectiveness.

I love this All in one printer. I have owned mine for 3yrs of heavy printing and I can count on great printing every time. I love the endless options and am still discovering new things till this day. This is my third hp printer and not because they need replacing !!! OK I confess I own two Hp printers.
