I have this laptop quite awhile. I love it. It can dependable, and I can count on it. For people who out there looking to buy a laptop with a good price and can last for a long time for you; hp is the one. Many people might think apple brand name is can dependable, and other names are just last you two years. From my experience, HP is the most dependable than any of others, and the price that unbeatable. I understand that more you pay the longer it last, but not with everything. If you own an apple laptop, and you do not careful, your computer can crash too. I used to go to school for 4 years. Doing those years, I have to use this computer for everything. It was never let me down. I also travel a lot, so I stored a lot of pictures in here everywhere I go. This laptop also comes with all the website about hp such as help, accessories; anything that hp laptop need if you need help or try to understand how to operate it.
