Very good for a home computer. The customer service is great and extremely helpful Ease of Use This is so much easier to use than other computers. No problems that can't be handled Hardware Quality The hardware has been of the best quality Support & Service The customer service will stay with you and explain any questions you have they are very knowledgeable and helpful Durability I think it is very durable and being left handed prefer the desktop instead of the all-in-one. It doesn't take up as much space as the first computers I had Design It is compact and very nice to look at. Performance The vista crashed every other month this is a big improvement. It comes on and doesn't take forever to load .
