For the first laptop I've ever bought myself it's fairly good in my opinion. The only problems that have arose so far is from the operating system. This one came with Windows 8 for me and this is the first time I've even used it. It's not as user-friendly as some of the other operating systems and has taken some time to get things figured out. It's trying to make everything app based and I haven't enjoyed that aspect. I just want a desktop and the older ways. It's lucky that this did have a desktop or I would've been extremely upset. It has a good amount of hard disc space, just wish it had more memory on it. Overall it's good for what I paid for it, but not the best out there. Ease of Use Operating system could be more user-friendly. Support & Service Haven't used it really. Speed/Performance A little slow at times. Durability Haven't dropped it or anything.

It's a good lap top.  I got mine through Fry's and it came with a free printer so I was pretty happy about that.  With the warrantee, the lap top, and taxes it cost me a little over a 1000 when I bought it.  The screen is so much clearer and brighter than my last lap top.  Fast connection to the internet, downloads fast, and it has tons of memory.  I've had it for about a year and I've never seen the blue screen.  One thing I have noticed is that when I'm in a busy website that lags, this lap top tends to lag more than my wifes.  She has a super simple, old time cheapy Dell and when we both log in she gets there first.  Can't for the life of me figure that one out.  Has not blue tooth... which is more and more of a downside.  It also doesn't have a blue ray dvd player which is also kind of a downer.  Comes with Windows vista.  Plenty of U.S.B ports.  One of my favorite things about this lap top, one of the reasons I chose it, is it has a 10 key. All in all I'd say it's a decent deal all together.  The salesman told me it was one of the best buys for the money and I'd have to agree.  There are definetely better lap tops out there, but for the price this one has got to be one of the best deals.

At first I was sceptical about getting this computer.  Thoughout my computer using days, I have always leaned towards Compaqs.  Actually researching and using this computer before my wife and I purchased it however, sold us on the quality and value of this computer.  It is fast, efficient and easy to use.  Whether it be for work purposes, playing games, surfing the web, or anything else we wish to use it for, it is one of the, if not, the best computers I have ever owned.  Picture quality is amazing.  We often use it to watch dvds and streaming video on whenever we are away from home.  It is lightweight and easy to carry around.  I'd recommend this computer to anyone, from the computer enthusiast to the computer illiterate.  It would make a great first computer for a college student or a great business computer for the travelling salesman or CEO of a Fortune 500 Company.  If someone is in the market for a computer, this is an excellent buy.

I purchased my Pavilian Entertainment laptop pc 11 months ago.I love it!! The speed is great. It has a very sensitive touch pad, which i love. It allows for faster navigating. the screen resolution is great. I like the sophisticated design. it is good enough to replace the home computer but light enough to travel with you with no problem. I take it everywhere I go. There is lots of memory. I would recomend this laptop computer to my friends and family. HP is a quality name brand, they are dependable and reasonably price. The wireless connection is fast and dependable. I can get service easily as long as I am near a router. I also love the fact that I can have several pages open at the same time. I can research on several sites and compare them, back and forth, with out it slowing down. sometimes I am amazed at how many pages I will have open at once. it is incredible. Anyone reading this, you can;t go wrong with this purchase.
