This printer was used in my accounting practice for about 3 years. I felt that it should have lasted a bit longer, but the scanner quit working, and since I use that function quite often and the replacement of that portion was expensive, a replacement seemed like the better move. To be fair: getting to a repair place is difficult since we are on an island. A repair might have been better had we had access to a repair facility on island. It did, however, perform its printing and copying functions quite well, seldom jamming, simple to use, and generally reliable. The network connection seem to function perfectly. The support from HP was plenty adequate, and I had need to use in only on occasion. I was pleased in the overall, but as stated, felt the life of the scanner function was a bit short.

this is a great printer. it is so inexpensive to use since the laser cartridges last a long time. it is very speedy and the copies come out clear. it really is a good buy for your money i believe. it is not too large which is nice since i dont have alot of desk space for a printer. i would buy this printer again over the inkjet one i had before.
