I once told a HP service tech who refused to forward me to a supervisor that I would not replace my HP product with an HP.  When my computer died, I did just that....replaced it with a Dell.  HP needs to learn that American's speak English and WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, not some outsourced geek in Indonesia...

If you need customer service you need to learn to speak some kind o f foreign language. I got so disgusted trying to talk with a person who could barely speak any english. If HP would only use Americans to staff their customer support it would be great.

i am currently on my third hewlett packard computer.  these computers are virtually indestructible.  each computer was an upgrade from the previous one, but all three are currently in use. i use one now, and my grandchildren have the other two.  in over ten yeaqrs of hp-ville, i have had only one crash, and was easily able to fix it and believe me, i beat it up pretty well.  as far as customer service goes, language is the worst of it.  once i overcame that, i had no problems.  my next computer, which will be a laptop will be an hp

I have an HP pavillion desktop xp Media.   The within the first year the DVD drive had to be replace.  The most techs were terrible.  I had an extended warranty with Office Depot.  These guys replace the hard drive and are going to replace the DVD drive again.  This is in 1 1/2 years.   The programs have not been on the recovery disks that were sent before my warranty with HP ran out.   I would not buy another HP.   I do like the printer.

I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s7415c.  I have had it over a year and I have NEVER had to call customer support.  We just bought a HP laptop and I sure hope we have the same luck with that!!  I also have a HP Printer.  Had it about 2 years and it's the BEST!!  I have owned Dell, Acer, HP - and HP is the best by far!!!

I love my HP computer. It came with Vista...which I love too. I have been buying HP's for a long time and always have good luck with them. The only reason to buy a new computer is to upgrade. I have never had anything go wrong with them. We use them at work too, where we have 27 computers.

Hello Guys and Dolls,

Computers are so important today in business as well as for pleasure.  I am a small business owner so I look for products that can keep me productive and give me a good value.  

I use 2 HP computers for my business. Both these HP computers have been very reliable.  I have not had a technician work on either computers.  I upgraded the memory in both computers myself and it was fairly easy. The older computer was purchased in 2001.  It is still useful to me and works with out problems. 

The HP computers I use are mainly for creating flyers, business cards, stationary,...
