I once told a HP service tech who refused to forward me to a supervisor that I would not replace my HP product with an HP.  When my computer died, I did just that....replaced it with a Dell.  HP needs to learn that American's speak English and WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, not some outsourced geek in Indonesia or anywhere outside the US.

I've had a lot more problems with Dell and outsourced help. Dell is on my do-not-buy list. I had to pay someone to help me talk to them on the phone. Not good that.
