I have owned many HP printers in the past 10 years or so. This one definitely lives up to the reputation. It is easy to install and use, and printing quality is good. What a supreme hassle!

Bought this as an inexpensive printer. I've had 6-8 printers in the past and mostly good experiences. After about six months I am finally going to junk this baby: — 1. It's an ink hog. I was in the market for a quick, cheap printer purchase.  I chose this series from HP (mine is the F2179 model) as I have had good experiences with HP in the past, and the price was right (under $50 for an all-in-one - what more can you ask for in price?
