I've used my pc quite often and have reallly enjoyed it. I 've learned that you can't break it by doing different things you learn by just trying them. You can fix problems if you have them by just reading help products installed on pc.you can read emails you can play games you canstore information listen to songs download them and even put pictues either by scanning old photos or just downloading digital ones.My compaq Presaio generally has worked problem free with main problems getting online which turned out to be a bad modem from windstream.Talked with support and member was friendly and helpful...

my sister bought me the computer as an early christmas present, becaue my old computer was over 7 years old and she thought it was time for a new one. i am stil getting used to this new computer, but so far everthing that i have tried works so well. i really have no complaints about the computer. we bought the computer at a very good price, you know, one of those black friday specials- and the computer is a very good value for the price. i would tell others to buy the computer as well. overall, i am very happy with my purchase

The compaq presario is fast and lots of mem for the regular stuff but needs better video and sound cards for he up to date games. other wise programs load fast and its very user friendly.  I aso thought the prie was reasonable. The onitor is also very clear and big.  Plus i like the all black look and very easy to hook up a few color coded cords and thats t... so eay i actually id it myself.

The HP Compaq Presario Desktop Computer is just the right mix to do just about anything the average person will use the computer for.  Very reliable, does not just break or not work.  Good accessible support. Easy to navigate, and find answers fast. Prices have dropped over the last year, it is a great time to buy a computer.

I have the Compaq Presario SR2020nx desktop computer-it funtions well & is basically a good computer but is a little slow for my liking. the dvd/cd writer and program work great and are easy to use. I do download a lot of photos so I suppose that may be why it runs slow.

I like these products they are very dependable. they keep on working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working and working.

I was really happy until a few days ago,but the keyboard is not responding to light touch anymore It was quite smooth in the beginning now it's not pickingup all the strokes. Everything else is great. The auidio and video is great. I have a 19"screen it plays dvds just lk TV

I have had other computers, but this Compaq is the best and the easiest one that I have ever used. I would recomend this Desktop to other people.

 It is a very good computer and since it is manufactured by H.P. then it even better.

i have one and i have problems bought couple of years ago their cust service is not very good at all i would not recomend this to anyone  it also runs very s l o w also
