I have owned several HP products and I have never been disappointed with the performance of any of them. Recently, I purchased a less expensive Toshiba and it really drove home to me the difference in quality between the brands. I really have only good things to say about this device. It performs incredibly well. I have had no difficulty loading software. I have had no hardware issues. I have been less than gentle in handling it and it has been very forgiving. It is a quick and peppy little laptop and so I don't become annoyed waiting for loading. Yes, we can all secretly confess that waiting a few seconds seems like an eternity; and this machine does not put me In that situation. When I bought it, there was only a small sale on it; but that is ok given that the quality I feel I have received is more than offset by the price. I also don't think that it is too heavy to lug around; which is a nice bonus. So, overall, I am very pleased.
