HOUSE M.D. Review Summary
House, M.D. is
"one of the most cerebral shows," as well as one of the
"funniest and most well-written shows." Hugh Laurie stars in this Fox medical drama as Dr. House, a physician who takes on the most puzzling of cases, while "constantly dealing with his internal demons." Reviewers issue the warning that "you'll be saying 'What a jerk!' over and over, but you'll be back." Others appreciate Dr. House's sense of humor, as "some of the comments he makes have me rolling over in laughter." Even some non-TV watchers admit to an addiction to
House, M.D., because it "keeps you wondering." A few longtime fans of
House, M.D. would never miss an episode, yet feel it's been slipping recently. The majority of reviewers, though, still feel
"House is a clever blend of reality and fiction." Other hospital dramas that share some of those same qualities are
Grey's Anatomy and
ER.
