Placed order online 11/28/14 for in store pickup. Received the order confirmation stating that I would get another email when order was ready for pickup. 11/30/14 had not received a email, so called customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I spoke with a customer service agent and was told that they could not find the order number, so they put me back on hold and they came back and said they had found the order, but did not know why the order has not been released. They verified some information and assured me that I would get the pickup email, but it may be tomorrow (12/1/14). Still no email, so took the order confirmation to the store, and was told they could not help me to call the customer service number. Again on hold to speak with a customer service agent and was told that the order had still not been released. If there as a problem why did they not just pickup the telephone and call me with the problem. I have learned by lesson, I guess they will not be considered when buy new appliances for my kitchen this month. Ease of Use Don't know have not received the TV Customer Service The first person on 11/30/14 was very helpful. The on 12/01/14 not so much. Shipping and Returns did not apply

HHGregg.com is a huge electronics website. They offer everything for home entertainment, like televisions, blue ray players, home theaters, radios, and cameras. They have a nice selection of computers, tablets, and accessories too. I was also surprised to see they sell furniture there, was not expecting that from a furniture store. I shopped here for my kitchen and laundry room appliances, they have quite the selection of appliances for a very good price. They have appliance packages available or you can buy just one item. I like that they not only offer free delivery, but they will haul away your old broken appliances. My stuff came quickly and they delivery guys were very professional. Ease of Use Very easy to use, just select the category from the top and select what item you are looking for. Product Selection They offer a very large selection of products from various brands. Product Pricing I have found their pricing is very competitive and with frequent sales the stuff is usually cheaper here. Customer Service Very helpful and friendly. Shipping and Returns My appliances came very quickly. Packaged well with no scratches or dents.

I recently purchased a Maytag dishwasher online for a very good price. I indicated online that I wanted the dishwasher delivered and installed. I was charged for the dishwasher and the delivery, and the site indicated that I would be charged for the installation when it occurred. Make a long story short, there is poor communication between the online site and the actual store that will be delivering your product. Add in some rude salespeople, long wait times on the phone, and the cheaper price is simply not worth shopping at HH Gregg. I can honestly say I will never shop from them again.

I have shopped at the store and online at hhgregg.com. I must say that I prefer the website much more than the actual store. The website offers a much larger variety as well as quality of items. The websites products are priced at a much lower price point than other stores, but not everything is your name brand items. One of the best thing I like to go onto hhgregg is for their price comparison. I found that this is a great way to tell whether I am paying an appropriate price for something or not. Ease of Use One of the simplest websites I have seen and it works well. It is a fast moving website yet everything is labeled well and easy to find. Product Selection They have multiple different items available, just not every brand that is out on the market. Their items change often so frequently checking back is a good idea that I have found. Product Pricing Most of the time you are getting a good deal. I find though some of their higher name brand items really you are not getting that great of a price on. Some of the appliances are not norm names that I would purchase. Customer Service Everyone seems helpful to make your order go through successfully. Shipping and Returns Easy returns to your local store.

I probably have only visited HHGregg.com just a few times. The main reason that I would check out HH Gregg's website was to do price comparisons. The website has about the same merchandise I can buy if I had just went to my HH Gregg store. It has appliances, TVs, furniture, computers and more. If we need a TV or appliances we usually go to walmart to buy it. I can buy about the same merchandise HHGregg.com has on Walmart.com for cheaper prices. The website is very user friendly, which makes finding what you are looking for easier. The one good thing I have learned about shopping at HH Gregg is that they have a 2 years same as cash if you use a HH Gregg store card. So as long as you pay off your purchase within the two-year period, you will not have to pay any interest. So if TV or refrigerator goes out and you have not enough cash to buy a brand-new one, you can use your HH Gregg store card online or in stores to buy the item and just have to pay low monthly payments on it instead of the full amount up front. So using HHGregg.com or going to the store has its benefits. I just wish the prices aren't as expensive as they are.

I shopped HHGregg.com to find and buy the best flat top stove cleaner that I've ever used. I could not find the specific cleaner that I want in stores. I found it online at HHGregg.com through a Google search. Their price was great and so was the ordering process. The HHGregg.com website is easy to navigate and has great detailed descriptions of products as well a great photos of the products that they sell. Their shipping cost was reasonable and something that I could be comfortable about. I received an email that my order had shipped a few hours the same day after I placed my order. My order arrived as pictured and as described. My order was well packaged and the packaging slip provided all the info that I might need for a return. The return policy is simple, easy and very reassuring. I have since ordered the same flat top stove cleaner exclusively from HHGregg.com around 4 times because of the great experience dealing with them over and over.

Over the last few years I have shopped at the physical locations of H.H. Gregg a lot less than I have in the past. Mainly because there are so many other stores in the vicinity that offer the same products with better customer service and lower prices. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for so I am always willing to pay a little more for quality service. Two years ago around Black Friday my mom told me she had seen an ad for H.H. Gregg's online black friday sale. I was looking for a new tv for my husband for Christmas and when I visited the site I was so impressed with all the different options they had, so many more than the physical store. I was able to purchase the tv he wanted with the extended warranty for less than Walmart was charging on Black Friday and I had the convenience of shopping at home in front of the fireplace instead of fighting the lines and crowds. The best part was the threw in free shipping and even though I was extremely apprehensive about having such a large expensive electronic item shipped it arrived in excellent condition, no damage to the packaging. I have never had a reason to return anything to H.H. Gregg so I'm not familiar with their return policy but I love shopping online now.

I think of H.H. Gregg as sort of a budget electronics and appliances supplier/seller. They have some great deals that you can catch in the Sunday newspaper classifieds. I have bought 3 DVD players from there that I paid twenty dollars for initially, then got ten dollars back by mail in rebate through the manufacturer. Who cares if it's an off brand, I paid ten dollars for it in the end! That's my kind of deal. Some of the pictures on the website can be a little deceiving. I ordered a rocking recliner sofa chair online for my living room. They had it in the soft brown suede that matched the couches I already had. But when I went to pick up the rocker recliner it was much smaller than the picture made it appear to be. One good thing about their website is the consumer reviews. I really depend on reviews to help make decisions on products and most of the time the reviews are accurate. Overall I like the website though. I love that their prices are cheaper than places like Best Buy and other electronics brand retailers.
