Internet ordering
Placed order online 11/28/14 for in store pickup. Received the order confirmation stating that I would get another email when order was ready for pickup. 11/30/14 had not received a email, so called customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I spoke with a customer service agent and was told that they could not find the order number, so they put me back on hold and they came back and said they had found the order, but did not know why the order has not been released. They verified some information and assured me that I would get the pickup email, but it may be tomorrow (12/1/14). Still no email, so took the order confirmation to the store, and was told they could not help me to call the customer service number. Again on hold to speak with a customer service agent and was told that the order had still not been released. If there as a problem why did they not just pickup the telephone and call me with the problem. I have learned by lesson, I guess they will not be considered when buy new appliances for my kitchen this month. Ease of Use Don't know have not received the TV Customer Service The first person on 11/30/14 was very helpful. The on 12/01/14 not so much. Shipping and Returns did not apply
