Bought the Heat Surge last winter to warm my kitchen, which is always cold.  It puts out good heat, and is stylish.  Have had many compliments on this piece. I'd highly recommend it.

I purchased the Heatsurge to help cut down on my use of fuel oil because prices had more than doubled to heat my home. Heatsurge claimed their heater would use no more electric than a coffeemaker used. Then when I received my electric bill it had jumped from an average of $70.00 to $160.00. I guess they didn't specify how large that coffeemaker was. The only room it kept warm was the room it was in at the time. But it was on wheels so you could move it from room to room pretty easy.
