HD tv vs. Analog tv , better or worse ? —
Hello: I would like to get a few opinions about other peoples experience with HD tv signal. We here at my house so far are not real IMPRESSED with the loss of signal,sound,and channels. At any given time it has a tantrum and refuses to work at all as well as the good old ANALOG signal has forever. Is this a problem with the programming where you live or is it just my house and my tv having problems.We can be watching a show and the picture will freeze, the sound stops and ( you know as well as I do ) you miss a very important clue to the mystery. Well I am one person not at all IMPRESSED with the mandantory changeing of my local broadcasting. Who's brain storm idea was this?. Do they even own a television ?. Or is this just one more way for someone to monitor what is being watched at prime time ?. Call me old fashioned if you want , But if it ain't broke you can't fix it ! Maybe this is out of the realm of this web-site, and I don't wish to sound negative, but really is all this nessessary. I still remember when color tv was new on the market ( oooppsss my age ) . So any way what do you think. Old or New , Old has proved it's quality to me, and New has so far been a pain that I can do without !
