H and R Block Taxcut Premium Federal + State + e-file Software Reviews

I have just completed my 2008 Tax Return this past week-end.  I have always been a using TaxCut for the past 10 years except in our year I switched to Turbo Tax then quickly back.  For the first time this year, I completed my tax using HR Block free online version.  My tax situation for this year does not require complicated tax issues and consideration.  The H and R Block Taxcut Premium Federal + State + e-file Software is great if you have complex tax return such as owning a business or managing a trust.  However, if you just have a simple return including such items as a house, real-estate...

While this program may have some glitches if you have lots of deductions, it's fairly easy to use overall.  Great program with OK support.  If Customer Support was a little better, this product would be A+!

 I would recommend to anyone that has a small number of forms.  Very quick and easy and guides you through the process!  Also, it's MUCH cheaper than going to the actual store.

H&R Block TaxCut for 2008 was an improved version over previous years.  The interview process handled 95% of the information that had to be completed (an improvement over previous years).

In previous years, even though most of the information was gathered by Tax cut, I had warnings and errors when it came to final review - which I found irritating.  I was happy that it did not occur with this year's version.

I have been using this product every year since 1999. Compatibility with other financial software such as Microsoft Money and Quicken - tax information can be imported from those software.
