the perfect way to fool your kids into getting vitamins and minerals every day. its the best way, because even I dont like those horrible tasting pills that doctors demand you to take in order to be healthy. these make me feel better that i know that everyday when i pick that jar, i know they will be ready to put their hands in front of m for those gummy.they think its CANDY

one of the things that fast growing children need that is not always in their everyday diet is iron. please correct me if i am wrong, but i have not yet found a gummy type vitamin that has iron. besides that, gummy candies and fruit leathers are not good for teeth because the sugars stick to the teeth longer than most foods, encouraging bacteria that forms plaque/cavities.
flintstones complete and other solid vitamins do contain iron and a lot of other important minerals that i don't think is possible to put into a gummy.
L'il Critters brand does have a liquid berry flavored vitamin for babies...

Like most people I worry about my kids getting what they need out of their diet. our eating habits tend to vary in this busy world we live in so I have always tried to give them vitamins which until I tried Gummy Vites was a difficult task. They never like any of the other vitamins so I had to force them to eat what they thought was a nasty chalky thing. Now they remind me that it's time to take their vitamins.

My children are very picky eaters and it worries me that they are not getting all the vitamins and nutrients they need. However when I say "Come and get your vitamin" they come running. They love choosing which Gummie Vite they want based on the different flavors and I love that they are getting their daily nutrients they need.
