Grey's Anatomy Review Summary

Drama lovers and romantics agree that Grey's Anatomy "has a good balance of drama and romance." The story focuses around doctors and staffs at Seattle Grace Hospital. "If you enjoy shows about medical conditions, you will certainly find this show interesting." It's not all about the work they do, however, as there is also plenty of drama and romance between the characters. Each episode leaves viewers asking questions such as "Who will McSteamy end up with now that Addison is off to LA?" There are some reviewers who have had enough of Grey's Anatomy saying "This show had a great first year. It's only been downhill since then." Overall, reviewers are addicted to Grey's Anatomy and encourage adult viewers to tune in each week! Looking for more of a comedy? Try Scrubs instead. Or get into ER, the original Hospital-based show.

Grey's Anatomy is no doubt my favorite television program. I started watching it at the beginning of Season 1 and haven't stopped. I seldom miss this show each week, and if I do...it better be a good reason!

I used to do almost anything not to miss an episode of Grey's Anatomy, but I rarely watch anymore.  I did not like what the writers did to George's character, taking him from the sweet lovable guy to someone who didn't trust anyone.  I really was upset and stopped watching when they ended his marriage...

Gray's Anatomy has great plots and exciting episodes.  They keep you on your feet and leave each episode hanging, making it almost impossible to wait for the next week's episode.  The characters and the drama are pretty believable as are the medical terminology used and procedures discussed.  They try to make sure that all of the medicine on the show is right on.  The show also really allows the viewers to connect personally to the characters and each show tries to incorporate some sort of lesson that makes you stop and think.  Great show that keeps your attention and keeps you wanting more... review »

I absolutely love this show! The characters are relatable, and I love the plot lines that each character is involved in (even the patients' plots are pretty good). I've been watching since it first aired and have not stopped watching it since. It hasn't been as good since Season 2; there were way too many reruns in Season 2 and I kind of stopped caring what happened because I'd have to wait 3 weeks to see a new episode. This season has definitely gotten better, I hope the writer's strike ends soon!

One hour of this show and you will be hooked.  Former teen dream star, Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy is just so awesome and I am so glad that he grew up to be such a hottie.  Eric Dane is also great eye candy as McSteamy.  The show has great story lines and does a wonderful job of intermingling the drama of the ER and the drama of lust.  Rumor has that someone will be getting married and/or having a baby his season, so who knows.  Maybe they will marry off McDreamy and the namesake of the show, Dr. Grey.

Grey's Anatomy is about as original as the dozen other Doctor dramas on television today.  Yet, a standard premise does not guarantee a TV sensation in my book. Grey's Anatomy cannot compare to ER or House.  Instead, it may be more appropriate to compare Grey's Anatomy to Gossip Girl or Beverly Hills 90210 because of its shallow and base characters.  The attempt to create a high-end drama falls short at the frustrating two-dimensional characters. The plot lines are also a problematic aspect of Grey's Anatomy because they are always way too extreme.  I know that it is a semi-soap, so I should... review »

I LOVE Grey's Anatomy!! Who doesn't?? I have watched this show since it first aired and will watch it until the end! Love all the actors and the parts they play! Dr. McDreamy is by far my favorite. Loved when Denny was on the show and sad he had to die, but really enjoyed his come back! Glad Dr. Hahn is gone, couldn't take much more Callie and Hahn, but she has the new pediatric surgeon at her heels....oohh.  Dont want Izzie to leave the show, she is a great and I've heard she may not leave and hope that it is true.  OK somtimes the plot of the show is a little hard to grasp but it always makes...

I don't know what I can say about Grey's that will make me still sound sane. I LOVE grey's anatomy. To the point that a good 4 hours off and on a day is spent on it online, checking message boards and looking for spoilers and news, or just to talk about it and maybe read fan fiction. And I'm a  married woman with kids! I really relate to the people on this show, and feel like I know them and really connect with them. When it goes off it feels like something is missing! You must check it out, people who don't watch are really missing something.

I have been glued to this show since it started and have loved it.  The show is still very good and I make sure to tune in each week, but it is certainly losing some of the pizzaz it had when it started.  There's rumor that more of the cast is leaving as well which will set the show on a further decline unfortunately but I'm in for the long haul.

I have watched this show from the pilot espisode. I love it! It's got it all... clever dialogue, hot doctors, drama, friendships, and a lot more. It's also great to watch with your best friends. Even my guy friends love it and they aren't afraid to admit that they watch it.

I absolutely LOVE this show!!! I feel like it has "real life" situations throughout it. Grey's Anatomy has never let me down. I get my friends addicted to it too. So easy to pick up where the last show left off, because there's always a review at the begining.

Okay...  I have to say that this is one of my all-time favorites!  I can't wait for each show and there are not enough of them.  I'd like this to be on every night.

As a paramedic I am familiar with much that occurs on here procedure-wise.  Most are pretty accurate, although some I do sit and laugh.  (Such as when Meridith had drowned and they were resusitating her)

All in all, it is pretty believable.  It sure keeps you coming back and coming back......

There is a lot of plot lines as adultery, sexual inuendo, etc.  However, it is not presented in an offensive way - it is presented no differently...

I've been watching this show since the last episode of the first season! I just happened to turn over there during the season finale, and fell in love! I love the characters and the story lines! It's funny, yet serious at the same time! I look forward to it every week!
