Great show with interesting characters

They need to focus more on Bailey and Webber, the show's best character. Bailey is the heart and soul of this program. I'd also like to see them stop making Torres such a troubled character. Bailey always should have been the Chief Resident, but they didn't need to make Torres look incompetent to accomplish that. The way the show mixes drama with humor makes it among the best shows on TV.
