This is my all time favorite show.

Pros

    Fabulous Characters and Plotline, Character lines are very believable, And romance too!, Great Cast

Cons
    Having to wait for next episode!, It only comes on once a week!

This show is wonderful.  I tend to like medical dramas anyway.  ER used to be my fav but not Grey's has surpassed it. The plots are great the cast is wonderful.  I look forward to watching it every Thursday.  My friends and family know not to call me during Grey's Anatomy.  I will not speak to them
I record the show if I am not able to watch it.  I actually schedule my plans around it.
