Grey's Anatomy — 

I really enjoy this show.  The quirky characters and their mixed up messed up lifes really hit close to home.  Nothing is perfect in life, and it gets ugly and messy sometimes this show is not afraid to show the characters with all of their flaws and vulnerabilities.  Also the show gives us insight into the good times in the characters lives.
