I tried to do something good for my little Jack Russell Terrier. I paid 30 bucks for bones for him! And what did he do? Turned his nose up...
review »Greenies are my dogs favorite treat! He will insist on getting one every night by planting himself infront of the couch and using his inside voice asking. He won't let us watch anything till he gets our attention and he gets a Greenie.
I am amazed at just how much he likes them. This product has also helped improve our little dogs breath. He use to turn his nose up to regular dog treats, not anymore!
The best thing about this product is the value. The packaging keeps the greenies fresh and appealling. I rattle the bag and Frankie comes running. Compared to other treats on the...

I know some people recommend this product as an aid to keep a good dental health for your dog. But "Please", be careful when giving these to your dogs; as Veterinary technician I have seen first hand some problems with this product.
For those furry guys that chew the whole piece, it works "OK" to keep their teeth relatively clean. But for those dogs that do not chew it thouroughly and like to swallow (some times really large pieces), this might be a potential hazard; a foreing body obstruction (intestinal blockage) waiting to happen. Some times this condition will require exploratory...
review »I bought my first dog about three years ago; she's a cute little Chihuahua. I didn't know what she needed and quickly learned the basics on puppy pampering. I was looking something that would keep her teeth clean and give her lovely fresh breath. I asked the vet what he recommended, and he gave me a greenie to see how well she liked them. Well it turned out that she LOVES them. I never see her so excited for a treat alone. They work like a dream and are cost effective. I buy the teenie greens and they are about 35 cents per item. You can receive a free sample at greenie.com. BUT I would supervise...
review »I bought these for my dog because I liked the concept. They were overpriced but I wanted to give them a try. Buddy is a rescue dog and has never turned up his nose at anything before. When I opened the bag, he got excited and did a dance. When I handed him a Greenie, he looked at me as if I were trying to kill him. I couldn't even get him a taste one with peanut butter smeared on top. His reaction to these dog treats was almost comical! I am sticking with Milkbones from now on and hoping Buddy and I can be friends again.
these treats are well awsome my dog just loves them she would eat the whole bag in one sitting if she could lol. they are good for you dog and they really do get there teeth cleaner. they also help with the doggie breath. i just think its a all around good item to buy. i will yes i have recomended this item many times to co workers friends etc. i have never heard any thing negative back from any one i mention them to.
My dog loves these and I use them as a reward for her after I finish brushing her. She can finish it in minutes so I assume that means she loves it. I feel they help with her breath which is a huge plus. They seem to be a lot healthier than other treats I see in the stores and give her something to chew on even if it's only for a few minutes. I just wish they were cheaper.
I have 4 dogs. When they need a treat or are especially bored and yappy I give them greenie. They love them and it keeps them occupied for quite awhile. They smell like french bread to me. Not stinky at all. And they don't leave any marks on my carpet or furniture. The dogs love them. and I beleive they are good for their teeth as well.
