I got this card as a graduation present from a family member. I was only 17 when I recieved it, when I tried to activate it, It said I needed a parent to call the number. I was going to be 18 in about 2 weeks so I decided to just try again when I turned 18. I did try after my 18th birthday, but then online they could not verify it was me so I then called the number given, it took me forever to get somebody to talk to and they send I needed to send in a electricity bill a phone bill and a copy of my social security card. I told them I was only 18 and that my parents paid the bills and I didn't not feel comfortable handing out my social security card to people or companys I did not trust. He then said "well I'm sorry mam we need those documents" I then asked to speak to his suprivisor who could maybe help me and she was also taking phone calls so I could not talk to her. By then I was getting upset and just asked for a refund he said no problem and said a check would be to me in 7-10 buisness days. I then thanked him and got off the phone. Nearly 3 weeks later I called to ask where my check was and he said it should have already gotten to me. I said "duh" and asked him what to do. I then waited on hold for about ten mins. while he investigated and he came back and said ok well I reordered your check it was done wrong last time it will be to you in another 7-10 buisness days. I was then very angry and said "because you guys messed up I have to suffer" I then asked to speak to a suprivisor who also said the same thing and told me to just be patient. I asked to speak to his suprivisor who finally agreed it would be to me in 3 days via fedex.
I have never had to go through this many people just to get the product I was supposed to, I would never recomend this to anybody unless they don't want what they ask for and like wasting their time!
