This is a great pre-paid credit card for those who want to control their spending or are unable to get a secured credit card. My wife and I use it for everything from paying bills to online casinos ( shhhh....not supposed to do that ).  It is easy to use and can be reloaded in quite a few different places, even at the CoinStar machines at your local grocery store.
