    OTHER CARDS BETTER, Costs $4.95 every month, SUCKS, Don't get what your guarenteed, customer service reps don't help, poor activationsystem, not able to pay utilities with this card

Green Dot - Prepaid Mastercard — 

Worst prepaid card ever! Activation is a real headache and seemingly it doesn't allow for payment of utilities!
