Generally, we have been pleased with this Great Value dishwashing liquid. We used to use a name-brand product, and we were hesitant to try something that could be a lower quality. But this one has worked pretty well for us. It does clean dishes well, although it will occasionally leave dirt on dishes that was stuck on pretty hard. But this has been a rare occurrence, and it was on things that probably should have been washed off better before they were put in the dishwasher in the first place. One other downside of this product is that it does leave some streaks on glasses instead of leaving them looking completely clear. But all-around, it does work well at cleaning the dishes, it rinses off well without leaving any soapy taste on dishes, and it comes at a lower price than the name-brand equivalents. Based on these factors, we have been pleased with the results that we have seen.

I saw this product one day and they had it marked way down and I decided to buy a few bottles because the price was way too good to pass up. I usually use another blue bottled dish washing liquid soap, but I got this anyways. It looked so similar to the other product I use and I have had pretty good luck using the store brand of a lot of different products so I thought that it would probably do the job just as good. Boy was I ever wrong. I had to use so much and the greasy residue was still on my dishes. I did not have a regular dishwasher at the time, so everything was hand washed. This did not take grease off of anything but it seemed like it spread it around more. I had to use 4 times the amount of this than what I would have to use with my regular dish soap. I was so highly disappointed that I gave the other bottles of it that I had bought to my neighbor and went back to my original. I would not use this again, it definitely did not do the job that it was meant to.

Great Value Original Ultra Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid is not your average generic dish liquid. It isn't overly thin or extremely watery. The price is very appropriate and just as I expected I was not disappointed by the great value brand. The scent however is nothing to brag about. I can't even give the scent an honorable mention. Maybe that's because I am used to all the mainstream, highly scented detergent products that seem to increase by the day. As far as cleaning is concerned, Great Value Original Ultra Concentrated Dish Washing Liquid stands it's ground with some of the best of it's competitors. It is very effective for removing oil and residue off your dishes and seems to make the chore of dish washing a little bit easier. Your dishes will be left sparkling without water marks or smears left behind. It offers an ultimate clean at a decreased cost of the higher priced brand names. It works very efficiently and effectively. I am certainly a satisfied customer and will continue to be. The scent of the dish liquid is not bad, it smell like unscented dish liquid.

It's hilarious to call this soap a great value since it's anything but. It is cheap, very cheap, but that's for a reason - it does not work. For some reason I ended up with a bottle of this soap and I used it a single time before discarding it. This does not produce very many bubbles and has a rather medicinal smell to the rather sickly looking blue gray soap. The performance is just as bad as I'd expect. It simply does not work. It may work if you are just washing a glass that had water in it or a plate that had a sandwich on it but if you're trying to actually use it as a soap to get your dishes clean it fails miserably. Not only does it not clean well even after you use a large amount of it it leaves a residue. It just cannot get any sort of grease or even fingerprints off of glasses or dishes. I used this just once and had to put the dishes back into the sink and wash them again with my regular soap. It was really that bad. This soap really has no redeeming qualities and I definitely cannot recommend it at all.

Living on a budget and having to save money everywhere we use Great Value Original Ultra Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid because it is way cheaper than the other brands. This is not a great soap but is average. you will have to scrub and re-wash dishes sometimes.

I never bought it but my MIL did. I used it when I was at her house. It's watery and there are barely any suds. There was a lot of dishes to wash and I felt like I was constantly squirting out more of the detergent into the sponge. In the end, some of the greasier dishes were still greasy so I had to wash them over again. It seems that my MIL does not like it either becuase I haven't seen it again at her house since the last time I used it.

I thought this may compare to Dawn..NO...I was so wrong. The suds did not last and I had to use twice if not more of the liquid to make it threw my dish load. I would not recommend this. Pay a few cents more and get Dawn, it is much better.

Ok I am like everyone else in this economically challenged day, but cheap is sometimes just too cheap. Great Value Dishwashing liguid not worth the energy to hunt down a bargain. It is watery, causes no suds and cleans nothing. So busy mom's stick with the more exspensive product if you want the job done right!

   Great Value Original Dishsoap is an average working soap.  It gets your dishes clean yes, but it seems to have a harder time with really sticky items like sticker residue or tree pitch.  It gets it off but to get it off I had to soak the item for a long period of time and I had to use a really rough sponge.  I bought the soap originally because it was the cheapest big bottle of soap and they had an original scent that smelt ok, it's just a bit too strong smelling.  But after using the soap now for awhile I am not too sure I will buy it again.  I may buy it if I am short on money but if I have the extra money and I am not worried about saving a buck I will probably buy a different brand. It leaves your hands soft and smooth with the clean feeling like you've been doing dishes for a long time; meanwhile I think Dawn Original Scented Dish Soap is the best soap for your value with its grease fighting technology.
