I have been participating in a clinical trial for weight loss. It is a long study and evolves over a whole year. There are lots of components to the study and one is meeting with a dietician to go over your eating habits. My first recommendation was to eat something every single morning and the sooner the better. My normal or old routine was have a granola bar or breakfast bar IF I got hungry before lunch.
