Sam's has the Nature Valley Sweet and Salty bars (peanut variety) for about $8.50 for a box of 30 bars. That's actually a little cheaper than the Great Value bars.

Congrats on the weight loss! A lot of people think that eating less means losing weight, but then your body just holds on to the fat b/c it doesn't know when the next meal is!

Hey Jazz--I love the oats & honey in the Nature Valley. The clinic also gives them out after fasting visits :)

I buy the Nature Valley ones, and they're $3 for a box of 6, so this is a good deal.

I hope our store doesn't quit stocking them. They seem to have a habit of doing that to things I get hooked on!

Hi Jo, it is pretty structured and the best part is being held accountable :) I've been doing good and allowing myself a day to have a meal of choice or maybe a Friday margarita :)
