Grease Review

This is my favorite movie of all time.  I could watch it everyday and no matter what, it just makes me feel good.  I know every song by heart and I feel like I live in the life of the characters because I love watching them.  John Travolta and Olivia Newton John are superb in their roles, not only as actors but as singers too.  Travel back in time to the high school era of the 1950s where all the guys wanted to be cool and the girls were there to cause them to swoon.  Enter the senior class of Rydell high school lead by the two main clicks of the cool guys of the Tbirds and the hip chicks of the Pink Ladies.  Danny played by Travolta is the leader of the Tbirds and the model of cool.  Sandy is a new transfer student who longs not only for Danny's heart but also the acceptance of the girls of the Pink Ladies.  She knows in order for Danny to date her, she must be a Pink Lady.  What unravels is a story of the girl wanting the guy, the guy wanting the girl and the two groups trying to show off their cool and graduate not only high school but all the obstacles of teen drama.  The music is amazing, you will find yourself singing along.  The cast is composed of great stars and a superb supporting cast with lots of musical fun.  The plot is involving and you just keep hoping it will end happily ever after.  I love the movie for the characters, the plot and the fantastic music.  This is a must have DVD for anyone and will leave you smiling every time you watch it.
