As someone who, before this visit, could not say enough possible positive things about the Superclubs chain in Jamaica I am utterly disappointed with my experience there in November 2007. — — Let me tell you about some of my concerns/problems we had...First of all, we had wait 2 hours after the 3pm check in to get our rooms and THEN had to switch rooms 5 times within 24 hours... — — I know this sounds insane, and we thought so too... the first room was not ground level as booked (because of an injury). I LOVED it! From booking on-line to checking out to head back home this destination was a dream. I've been to Jamaica before and I felt like a princess from the moment I was shown to the Super Clubs Lounge. My fiance (now husband) and I had a beach front room with a patio that gave us an awesome view of the ocean. It was very convenient to be able to enter our room from the front or the back. Room service was prompt and the employees very friendly and polite. The wedding coordinator Kadian was wonderful and made our wedding absolutely perfect. She was truly a lazy bride's savior. The Grand Lido Braco is a wonderful resort for vacation. We enjoyed our Ocean Front room with balcony. Very relaxing and accomodating, though next time we would select a suite which is quite a bit larger and more lush. The staff is very friendly, the food delicious, and the atmoshpere, just beautiful. Visitors receive a complimentory manicure and pedicure.
